Helena Z, PTA

Helena was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and was raised in Los Angeles. She completed her undergraduate degree with a B.A. in Psychology at CSUN. She also completed a yoga teacher training certification program, during this time, she took an interest in the study of physical therapy. After a couple of years of teaching yoga, she went back to school to receive her PTA certification where she graduated as the valedictorian of her class. Helena has worked in home health, hospitals, and an outpatient clinic. She loves to help people achieve their goals and takes pride in her role in making a difference in their lives. Her interests are spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, yoga, making connections with people while traveling, and trying new things.
