BIOGRAPHY

  • Brandon Modafari joined the Complete PT team and has experience working with patients of all ages and levels of physical fitness. Throughout his career, Brandon has treated both adolescent and collegiate athletes, members of the general population, and has experience working with patients who have neuromuscular disorders, helping them to return to their maximum level of functioning.

    Brandon was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH and graduated Cum Laude from the College of Mount St. Joseph with e bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. In that time, Brandon has gained experience working with college sports teams such as football, women’s soccer, wrestling, and women’s volleyball. he developed the skill of intertwining physical conditioning with injury rehabilitation to provide athletes with optimal care.

    Following his undergraduate studies, Brandon obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati, OH. Brandon has experience working in outpatient orthopedic clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and sports medicine clinics where he has treated a wide array of patients from adolescents to geriatric patients. As part of Brandon’s clinical internship, he worked at Ohio State University and developed exceptional manual skills including myofascial release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and myofascial unwinding in patients who suffer from complex regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, and numerous other neuromuscular disorders.

    Brandon prides himself in his knowledge of human anatomy and physiology which he gained not only from his education, but also from his experience playing sports all throughout his life. In high school, Brandon ran the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m, 4x200m relays as a track sprinter, and in college he threw shotput, discus, and javelin for his University’s track and field team. Currently, Brandon is devoted to the sport of bodybuilding and enjoys maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. He feels this skill has allowed him to appreciate the discipline, dedication, and perseverance it takes to push through an injury and regain strength.
